Identify the people, buyers or markets most likely to value what you know.

✅ How should you explain it?
Turn your knowledge into a clear message people can understand, remember and repeat.

✅ What should you do with it?
Explore whether the opportunity is a keynote, book, programme, intellectual property, podcast, platform, content direction or something you haven't spotted yet.

Bring Your AI

You won't be learning about AI. You'll be using it to work on your own expertise.

Bring the AI you already use and that already has context about you, your work, experience and ideas.

Dave will give you specially designed prompts throughout the day to explore and pressure-test what you're discovering.

Don't create a brand-new AI account just for the workshop. The more context your AI already has about you, the deeper you can go on the day.
