  • The real reason most people use ChatGPT wrong
  • Why social media made us followers
  • The 11 Human Skills that make you irreplaceable

The Question That Changed Everything

I remember about two years ago, right after ChatGPT launched.
It had only been out for a week.

I jumped on a Zoom call with my Game Changers community to show them what it could do.
I'd been tracking AI's progress for a while - but even I didn't realise just how powerful it would become.

As I spoke, I watched their faces.
Mouths open. Heads shaking. Total disbelief.

Not because it wasn't real - but because it was.

Most were excited.
A few were nervous - though they weren't even sure what to be scared of yet.

But for me, there was always a quiet subtitle running in the background of every AI conversation:

"Am I still relevant?"

That's the real question, isn't it?

Because if AI can't replace you - then it has to work with you.
And if it has to work with you... you stay in the game. You earn. You grow. You provide.

Lose that edge, and you risk becoming like a lightbulb - on one moment, off the next.
And maybe not turning back on again.

So what do you double down on?
What do you do better than anyone else?
What makes you not just hard to replace - but impossible to ignore?

AI is fast. Blisteringly fast.
It can write, research, connect, and calculate faster than most of us can blink.

But here's one thing it still can't do:

Mean something.

In this newsletter, I'll share the 11 human skills that keep you irreplaceable in an AI world.
Because when the line between machine and human gets blurry - these are how you tell the difference.

What Most Everyday People Do with ChatGPT

The biggest mistake people make about AI?
They assume it's here to wipe everyone out - because it's faster, cheaper, more efficient.

It writes content, makes decisions, automates workflows - and yes, does it for almost nothing.

But here's the truth nobody wants to hear:

AI doesn't work with you.

It needs your prompts. Your context. Your judgement. Your voice.

And while it can generate mind-blowing ideas, it can also get it completely wrong.
Sometimes it hallucinates.
Sometimes it forgets.
Sometimes it gives you answers that sound perfect - but are utterly useless.

That's why the most valuable space left in the workplace is the one that can't be automated:

🎯 The Human Zone

This is where you:

  • Spot the nuance
  • Tell the story
  • Judge the impact
  • Connect to the audience
  • Craft a message that actually lands

Think of it like this: AI is the vehicle.
You still need to know where you're going - or you'll overshoot your destination.

Since the pandemic, I've done most of my work virtually.
But nothing replaces face-to-face.

You can't digitise the energy of a handshake.
You can't outsource the magic of a live moment.
You can't feel someone's vibe on a PDF, a post, or a polished deck.

In person? It's real. Transparent. Unfiltered. Human.
And that's where the edge is.

Want proof?
Think about your favourite fast-food chain.
McDonald's. KFC. Burger King. Taco Bell.
All selling convenience food. All built on the same idea.

But which one you choose? That's personal. That's emotion. That's brand loyalty.

AI can give you options.
But you make the meaning.

That's why your job isn't about being more efficient than a machine.
It's about being more human than ever.

And if you've already surrendered that space?
Well, the battle's over.

But if you're still in the game - then trust me...
The fun has only just begun.

The Irreplaceable Tribe

Being part of this community means you're not just keeping up - you're levelling up.
We give you the tools, techniques, and tactics to position yourself above average in a world that's drowning in sameness.

If everyone has the same qualifications, the only real edge left is how you think and perform.

As I shared in the Oct 3rd Issue, How to Monetise Your Expertise (Before AI Replaces You), there's the simple formula for being paid:

  1. The Impact of the job you do.
  2. How cheaply you can be replaced.

Your mission is to become so valuable, visible, and trusted that replacement isn't even an option.

That's the new career insurance.

Because being good isn't enough anymore.
AI is good. Templates are good. Everyone's good.

The question is:
Who's unforgettable?

Your job description isn't to be like everyone else.
It's to be so clear, so confident, and so consistent that when people talk about who's best in your field - your name comes up first.

You're not competing.
You're defining the category.
You're setting the tone everyone else tries to imitate.

Yes - some companies will get it wrong.
They'll replace essential people with AI or cheaper labour.
And when they realise their mistake? You'll already have moved on - to something bigger, bolder, and better paid.

It's the same cycle we saw with social media.
When it arrived, most people shrugged and said, "Why would I need that? I can just call or meet my friends."

Then everyone jumped in. They shared, posted, performed - until entire lives were lived online.
Now governments are scrambling to regulate what we created.
HR teams quietly check your feeds before they hire you.
And most people depend on breaking news and updates through social platforms - from Twitter to TikTok - especially during conflict or crisis.

The problem isn't the platforms.
It's how people use them - or rather, how they let them use them.
Instead of thinking like thought leaders who use technology as a tool, most people become products of the tool itself.

Social media didn't replace life.
It rewired it.

That's what happens with every new technology: first we ignore it, then we worship it, and only later do we learn how to live with it.

AI will follow the same path - but this time, you get to choose whether to be a user, a creator, or a casualty.

And that's why this tribe exists - to remind you that you're the prototype, not the product.

11 Human Skills AI Can't Replace

I recently read a great article about the top five human skills that will keep you ahead of AI.
The research was solid. The logic made sense.
But... something was missing - us.

The speakers.
The consultants.
The thought leaders.

While those skills were good, they didn't tell the whole story.
It didn't cover what it takes to walk into a room and own it.
It didn't mention the power of a personal brand, or the power of storytelling, or what it means to stand out in a world full of noise and algorithms.

So I wrote my own list - the real ones.
The ones that makes you impossible to clone, automate, or ignore.

Here's a teaser:

  1. Ask better questions
  2. Create what doesn't exist
  3.
  4. Connect with empathy

You Can Lead for "Me" or For "Us"
Both get results. Only one lasts.   Most people believe strong leaders lead with pressure. When results slow down or standards slip, the instinct is to tighten control. Raise expectations. Make it clear who is in charge. And in the short term, that might work. People respond. They adjust. They become sharper while you are watching. But that response is fragile. It depends on your presence. On ...
The Dangerous Shift Nobody Warns Leaders About
It begins when nobody challenges you anymore.   Most leaders think character is tested in failure. It isn't. It's tested when you're succeeding. When people stop correcting you. When the room goes quiet after you speak. When your decisions carry weight beyond the room. That's when the real test begins. If you don't notice the shift: Your certainty hardens Honest challenge disappears People perfor...
Noticing You Is Easy. Choosing You Is Not.
Visibility doesn't create confidence. Authority does. Most people assume that if they're being noticed, something good will follow. A reply. An invite.A conversation that goes somewhere. When you're building a profile, attention can create openings. When you're seen as a thought leader, it doesn't.  You're registered in the moment, and then quietly left behind. No rejection. No feedback.Just si...
